Tue - Cycle 20 km, ave 34km/h
Wed - rest
Thur - 12 km run, evening at ECP
Fri - 8 km run, evening at ECP
Sat - rest
Sun - today, see if I can wake up for run at ECP, let's target 20 km before going for level camp
Shall talk abt EDS nite and VJ dance in separate entries.
