I am still inspired after watching the Aviva 70.3 on Sunday. Macca and Crowie (and all ironmen and ironwomen) are truly inspirational.

I managed to do a 13km run today after doing the recce at bedok stadium for the coming 4-schs combined sports meet finals. did it in a relatively slow time of 1 hr 15 mins, finishing the run with the 400m slope again.

Mon - 18 km cycle
Tue - rest (I was too tired)
Wed - 13 km run
Thur - 35 km cycle 11km run woosh!
Fri - rest
Sat - guagua's sch sports carnival, PTM, rest
Sun - 40km cycle 8 km run

Total: 93 km cycle 32km run
